Our policy lasts 14 days, as per Belgian law. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t give you a refund or exchange.
Some types of goods can’t be returned, such as gift cards, downloadable products and some kitchen, health and personal care items.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your return will then be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
