What can I expect from a toy box?

Each box is carefully put together. We choose 4 to 6 fun toys based on the age of your child. Are you ordering a subscription or multiple boxes in a row? Then you will notice that the toys grow with your child. The toys will challenge your child on (fine) motor, sensory, creative and musical skills. It happens regularly that toys are no longer available at a wholesaler or have been discontinued. In that case, we always look for an equivalent product as a replacement, whereby we ensure that the value of the BonoboBox remains the same.

Why do you offer a box every 3 months?

Babies and toddlers are constantly making leaps in motor, cognitive, sensory and emotional areas. When selecting toys, we take into account the developmental stage and the interests that go with it, combined with interesting toys for growing children. A BonoboBox always contains an information sheet with play tips to emphasize the different play possibilities, so children will have a long time playing fun when purchasing a BonoboBox!

How do you determine the composition if you choose a BonoboBox for 2 or 3 children?

If you have multiple children in your area and would like to have some suitable toys at home, you can opt for a BonoboBox for 2 or 3 children. When choosing toys, we first look at the age of the youngest child to exclude items that are not suitable for babies and toddlers. Then we try to stimulate the different skills such as motor skills, cognition, musicality, creativity, self-awareness and playing together. You can choose to make 1 BonoboBox or for an annual subscription, where you receive 4 Boxes every 3 months.

How do I provide my child's age?
When you place your order you can select your child's age from the options in the response box. There is also a comments box in your shopping cart to provide any other comments.

Where do your toys come from?
We work exclusively with European suppliers who value ecological products and sustainability.

I cannot order a subscription for a child older than 2 years and 3 months, why is that?
With a subscription we deliver a toy box every 3 months for a year. Since we currently put together boxes for children up to 3 years old, we can no longer deliver 4 consecutive boxes when your child is older than 2 years and 3 months.

Do you still want to order multiple boxes when your child is almost 3 years old? Contact us at info@bonobobox.be and we will find a solution!

Can I cancel a subscription?
If you are not satisfied with our products, we think that is a shame! You can always fill in the contact form on the website, so we can work on improving our service and the quality of the toys delivered. If you ordered a subscription, you can always cancel it provided you inform us of this at least 14 days before the agreed delivery of the next box by email: info@bonobobox.be.

What if I want to return a product?
We always do everything we can to guarantee the best service, but understand that the delivered products do not always meet your expectations. It can happen that the toy is damaged on the way or that you already have an item at home.

Do you want to return your package? Then we ask you to report this by email to info@bonobobox.be. From then on you have 30 days to return the article to us. After receiving the package we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. Please note: the toy items may not be damaged or show signs of use. In that case, the costs for this will be charged. The return costs are for your own account.

How does a pre-order work?

Buying an item in pre-order means that we do not yet have the item physically in the store and first want to ask the public who is interested. If you place an order, you are assured of your copy. An end date will be communicated after which BonoboBox will process the orders and order the appropriate number. Sending products to our address can take up to 2.5 weeks, especially for products from the UK. So keep in mind that if you purchase a pre-order product, the waiting time is considerably longer. Of course, this will be clearly communicated via social media and emails.
